Full overhaul

The complete overhaul: we take the bike apart down to the bearings, clean everything, regrease it and put it back together tight and ready.

  • Derailleurs, brakes, cassette, pedals and seatpost thoroughly cleaned
  • Crank and bottom bracket removed and cleaned
  • Hubs taken apart, cleaned and regreased
  • Headset taken apart and fitted with fresh grease
  • Seatpost clamp removed and cleaned
  • Wheels checked for spoke tension, play and damage
  • Frame gets a full polish

A noise, a feeling, something to check.

Gears & drivetrain

A rattling chain or hesitant Shimano Di2 or SRAM AXS shifting? Mention your system and symptoms when booking. Adjustment is different from replacing parts; compare the listed work.

Brakes & tyres

A soft brake lever, rubbing disc or tubeless tyre losing pressure needs investigation. Discuss bleeding, tubeless installation or fresh sealant with Thomas beforehand; these are not listed as included in the service.

Bearings & wheels

Play, creaking or stiff bearings deserve attention. The overhaul includes dismantling the crank, bottom bracket, hubs and headset. Wheels are checked; necessary replacement parts are discussed first.
