Basso launched the original Palta in 2018, the Palta II in 2021 (this model), and the Palta III in early 2026 with a new 970 g frame, wider tyre clearance, and revised aero shaping. The current site still hosts a separate Palta (II) page alongside the new Palta III page; this record explicitly describes the Palta II and must not be confused with the Palta III.
